Deliveries and returns

General rules

After order confirmation and payment validation, the products will be delivered according to the chosen method and to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer during the order process.

From the date of delivery of his order, the Buyer or the receiver of the products ordered is invited to check the apparent condition of the products. Any complaint exceeding 48 hours after receipt of the package cannot be accepted by the Seller's customer service. In the presence of an apparent anomaly (broken product, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged or broken package or product, etc.) noted during delivery in the presence of the carrier's employee, the Buyer (or the receiver of the products ordered if the latter is not the Buyer) is required to apply the procedure of the carrier in question, in particular by reporting the damage or shortcomings noted and by formulating all complaints and reservations and to refuse delivery by immediately issuing a report of anomaly to the carrier's agent.

Delivery delay

Towards France :

  • In 3 working days with Colissimo: at home (€6 – free from 80€ purchase).
  • In 3-4 working days with Mondial Relay or Chronopost Shop to Shop.

To the overseas departments:

  • In 8 working days with Colissimo: at home (20 euros). Free delivery from 150 euros of purchase.

To Belgium and Luxembourg

  • In 3-4 working days with Colissimo at home for 8 euros (free from 80 euros of purchase).
  • In 5 working days with Mondial Relay at 4 euros (free from 80 euros of purchase).

Towards Switzerland

  • In 3 working days with Colissimo at home (€11.5). Free from 150 euros of purchase.

To the rest of Europe

  • In 3-5 working days with Colissimo (between €10 and €15 depending on the destination). Free from 150 euros of purchase.
  • To the United Kingdom in 5 working days with Colissimo (15 euros). Free from 150 euros of purchase.
